Hi! My name is Bina Omar. I’m the owner of WebBriefcase.net. WebBriefcase is a site where I share online marketing tips with other small business owners. Though I’m more inclined to writing about the more technical aspects of it all, the blog does also contain strategy type posts 
WebBriefcase actually started out as VirtualBina.com, way back in 2000. The switch to the WebBriefcase brand took place in 2005. So, I’ve actually been running this site for the last 10 years, at least. And it has seen the birth of my last four children
My Personal Life
I’m an Australian work at home mom. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 15 years and together we have been blessed with 8 beautiful children.
Why I Work Online
It all started with the birth of my first child. I just couldn’t bear leaving her with someone else to go out and work. And so, I began looking for options to work from home. I tried sewing, desktop publishing, MLM… you name it. And then one day, I was introduced to the internet and the rest is history.
Working online is ideal for me, as my husband’s job requires us to shift every few years to a new town and sometimes even a new country. With my online business, all I need to do is pack my laptop, get internet access and I’m back in business.
What I Do Online
I’m not one of those internet millionaires everyone aspires to be but I do earn a comfortable income each month. Mainly through affiliate product sales and from my online services that I provide to other local businesses. Although I’m still essentially trading my time for money, via my these services, I’m slowly moving towards a more passive income stream. I’ve just introduced my own product and am eager to see how that turns out.
